Fouke Water Supply Corporation has several options available for making payments. It is the customer's responsiblity to make sure their payment is in the office to avoid late fees and disconnection of service.
Automatic Bank Draft
The most convenient and worry-free way to pay your water bill. By choosing this option you will never be late with your water payment again. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your FWSC account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up the Automated Bank Draft, simply download the form and fill it out. You can drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Online Bill Pay
Fouke Water Supply now offers online bill pay for debit or credit cards. Simply click on the green "Pay Your Bill Now" and you will be directed to a secure site to pay your bill. EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2017, there will be a 3% processing fee, plus $1.00 convenience fee, charged to the customer for each credit/debit card payment processed. Online payments are not processed until 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each business day. If you had not made a payment before 8:00 a.m., the next business day after the 10th, your payment will be considered late. Fouke WSC does not collect any money for these fees. Do not save the log in page to your favorites, as this is subject to change.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Payment By Phone
You can now call 903-638-0114 to pay your bill through an automated bill payment system. Make sure you have your account number and amount due when calling this automated number. Phone payments are not processed until 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each business day. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. For after hours convenience, we have a night drop located to the right of our front door. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take several business days to reach our office. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment at Mineola Community Bank
You can now pay your water bill at any Mineola Community Bank location. Please visit a teller and give your name as it appears on the bill and the account number to ensure you receive proper credit. The bank will not have any information in regards to your account with Fouke Water Supply. It is the customer's responsiblity to give correct information.Payments are not processed until 2:00 p.m. each business day. Any payments made after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed until 2:00 p.m. the next business day. If you think you are on the disconnect list, make your payment at the office.
