In compliance with new EPA/TCEQ regulations regarding lead and copper, all public water systems are required to complete a detailed Lead Service Line Inventory. This includes identifying both publicly and privately owned service lines.
This survey is designed to gather important information about the customer-owned portion of the service line- from the building or residence to the water meter. Your response is CRUCIAL to ensure the accuracy of the final report submitted to the state. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.
